Spring is in full bloom, and the Newton County Schools’ annual Spring Plant Sale is just around the corner. From April 1-4, the community is invited to visit Eastside High School between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to shop for a wide variety of plants grown by local agriculture and FFA students.

This year’s sale will feature bedding plants, vegetable plants, ferns, and perennials, providing something for every garden enthusiast. The event not only offers quality plants at affordable prices but also supports the NCS agriculture programs, giving students hands-on experience in plant care, greenhouse management, and customer service.

“We’re excited to showcase our students’ hard work while offering the community a great selection of plants for the spring season.” said Dr. Catrina Pollard, Eastside FFA Advisor.

Shoppers are encouraged to arrive early for the best selection, as popular plants tend to sell out quickly. For more information, email Dr. Pollard at pollard.catrina@newton.k12.ga.us .
