Greg and Tamara Richardson, of Oxford, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Julia Kristen Richardson to Connor Anthony Chesser, of Woodstock, son of Tony and Kris Chesser, of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Kristy Weber, of Gainesville. Julia’s maternal grandparents: are Newel Comish and the late Hilda Comish of Woodstown, New Jersey and paternal grandparents are  the late Rev. Don and Lois Richardson of Roswell. Connor’s maternal grandparents are  Karen Pratt and the late Skip Pratt of Savannah and paternal grandparents are Dale and Nancy Chesser of Charlotte, North Carolina. Julia and Connor are 2013 graduates of Georgia College & State University. Julia is a business development consultant at WellStar Health System. Conner is employed as a district manager with Waffle House. The wedding is planned for Nov. 4 in Marietta.
