Electric vehicle company Rivian held its inaugural Georgia 5K on Saturday, Nov. 23.

According to a spokesperson for the company, around 150 people registered for the event, despite the breezy temperatures. All proceeds for the event went toward Camp Twin Lakes.

Despite the company’s current plans of postponing vertical construction at the Stanton Springs site, Rivian said that they plan to run this 5k event every year. Additionally, the company plans to host the Illinois iteration of this event in Normal, where Rivian R2 cars are slated to begin production soon.
