Arbor Lake, located at 431 Kirkland Road, is offering 1,175 square-foot, two-bedrooms apartments for $599 a month through at least the end of April. The complex has nine buildings with 250 total units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 975 square feet to 1,375 square feet. Arbor Lake has several amenities, including a swimming pool, a large, stocked lake, two tennis courts, a tot lot, car care services, laundry services, a media center, a fitness center and a gazebo. The apartments are total electric and all have washer and dryer connections.

In addition, Arbor Lake has abundant affordable housing for people at a certain income level. Tate said she is also working to provide apartments to families whose homes have been foreclosed. She said families should contact her to see if they meet certain the requirements for this program.

The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Arbor Lake Apartments are owned and managed by Hercules Real Estate Services.
