Registration is still open for the Piedmont Cattlemen's Association's 18th Annual Live and Silent Auction fundraiser on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. Glen Hayes, the organizer for the event, said the community has until Tuesday, Sept. 11 to RSVP for the event, which will take place at the FFA-FCCLA Camp on Ga. Highway 36. Tickets for the event are $15 and will include a rib-eye steak dinner. Attendees are asked to keep their tickets to participate in door prizes.
