COVINGTON, Ga. – A major shakeup will take place later this year at the Covington Police Department (CPD). CPD Police Chief Philip Bradford is set to retire from the force after a 40-year career later this year. Bradford reportedly informed his staff of the decision on Monday, The Covington News has learned.
