Members of the Covington city council have agreed to terminate the purchase agreement for the Charles Christian Tuller House on 3156 Spring St. The council made the decision after a 20-minute executive session during the July 2 meeting. Councilwoman Charika Davis made the motion to terminate the contract with councilman Anthony Henderson seconding the unanimous 6-0 vote.
