Mrs. Linda B. Glover, 65 of Conyers, passed away April 6, 2016, at Piedmont Newton Medical Center. Glover was born in Porterdale to the late Herschel and Alma Lee Traylor Blalock. She was retired from Atlanta Gas Light Company where she worked in customer service. She loved to crochet, cook for family and friends, and collecting elephants. She loved being surrounded by her friends and talking about the Lord and reading her Bible. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Glover is survived by her husband of 22 years, James David (JD) Glover of Conyers; her daughter Jennifer Lynn Shelton of Monticello; brothers and sisters in law Charles and Rosemary Blalock, Paul and Corrine Blalock, Daniel and Gail Blalock; sisters Jane Clary and Brenda Blalock; grandchildren Tori Alexis Owens, Margaret Chandler Shelton and Bennett Palmer Shelton and future great grandson Levi Christopher. Funeral services were held on Friday April 8, 2016, at noon in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Michlovich officiating. Interment followed at Lawnwood Memorial Park.
