Newton Medical Center saw its largest ever baby delivered Tuesday, when a 14 pound, 3 ounce boy, Noel Garcia, was born to Monica Garcia. The 22-inch long Noel was born at 6:49 a.m. by C-section because the baby was larger than Monica Garcia's prior 10-pound baby, said Linda Moseley, Newton Medical's director of marketing. "Looking at this beautiful baby will put a smile on your face."
