CMS wins Rockdale-Newton football championship game

The Conyers Middle School Bulldogs football team and cheerleading squad were the winners in a Nov. 6 Rockdale-Newton Championship game over Veterans Middle School of Newton County.

The competitive game ended with a score of 40-28.

The 6-3 Bulldogs football team was led by Coach Baros, Coach Crowell, Coach Feighner and Coach Powell, while Coach McDaniel led the lady Bulldogs cheerleaders.
